Role overview

Provides daily operational service support and helps ensure exceptional client experiences.

Resolves client issues and identifies service enhancements during client interactions.

Duties

  • Handle transactions, escalations, investigations, and client service requests.
  • Diagnose client needs, resolve concerns promptly, and assess resolution effectiveness.
  • Direct clients to relevant products, services, and resources.
  • Publish regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to products and services using client insights and market analysis.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify service gaps and improve operations and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance across client interactions, documentation, and issue resolutions.
  • Complete varied and complex work within established limits; analyze issues and determine next steps.
  • Apply the Risk Management Framework and make sound decisions consistent with policy, laws, regulations, and approved risk appetite.

Qualifications and proficiency

  • Two to three years of client relationship, financial services, or service excellence experience in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing is preferred. Another related discipline or commensurate work experience may be considered.
