Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client & Content Operations based in Dubai.
This role sits at the centre of our delivery engine.
You will act as the primary bridge between clients, the founder, and external contractors, ensuring communication is clear, projects move smoothly, and content is delivered consistently and on time.
You will manage client communication, oversee content workflows, coordinate with contractors, and support internal operations so that delivery is calm, predictable, and scalable.
• Client & Account Management
- Be the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
- Maintain clear communication, timelines, and expectations
- Translate client requests into actionable tasks and briefs
• Content & Project Operations
- Manage content calendars and delivery schedules
- Coordinate editors, designers, videographers, and other contractors
- Track work from idea → production → distribution
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and formats are met
• Founder & Internal Support
- Act as the operational buffer between the founder and clients
- Keep priorities, follow-ups, and workflows organised
- Flag risks early and help resolve issues proactively
Required
- Hands-on experience managing content workflows and timelines
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and moving parts
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of content and marketing ecosystems (creation not required)
- Exposure to personal branding, podcasting, or video-first content
