Key Requirements
- Proficient in English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in a dental lab, orthodontic clinic, or healthcare coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge of orthodontic appliances such as aligners, retainers, braces, and expanders is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or dental lab software.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with dental clients via phone, email, messaging, and company communication channels.
- Receive, review, and accurately log incoming orthodontic cases, including impressions or scans, records, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate case progress with lab technicians and ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up on prescriptions, appliance specifications, and special instructions.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain detailed records in the lab management system.
