• Meet with prospective clients and families to learn about their needs and recommend appropriate care services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners
• Coordinate care plans and work closely with scheduling staff to ensure quality, dependable service
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure records remain up to date
• Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry through ongoing care
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support continued growth
• Serve as a trusted resource for families throughout their care journey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Comfortable using computers and standard office applications
• Experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, scheduling, sales, or client coordination is preferred but not required
