Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **Client Care Associate** to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service and experienced in handling booking enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage and coordinate booking requests for home healthcare services
- Provide accurate information about services and availability
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience from enquiry to booking
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and bookings
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client care, customer service, or call handling role
- *Preferably with experience in home healthcare or a related field*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and communication tools

Required Qualifications & Experience
