Supports clients with everyday banking, helps them use digital banking, onboards new clients, and refers complex needs to specialists.
Contributes to client satisfaction and loyalty through helpful, memorable interactions.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.
- Educate clients and demonstrate technology to support sales, retention, and a positive experience.
- Respond to client contacts and assist with financial transactions.
- Listen to clients, understand their needs, and resolve or prevent banking problems.
- Build partner relationships to develop business opportunities and referrals.
Must-have qualifications
- Demonstrated success in hands-on, target-driven sales and a client-first approach.
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect proactively with clients.
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and motivation to succeed.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
- Availability to work all business hours.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- A track record building client relationships in financial or service industries.
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
