Serve as an RBC Ambassador in a branch, putting clients first and finding solutions for their individual needs.
Support client acquisition and deepen existing relationships; the position can build toward future Account Manager or Banking Advisor opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage branch clients, complete transactions and identify opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement and partner introductions.
- Educate clients and demonstrate digital capabilities, using technology to improve experience, drive solutions and retain business.
- Offer advice, introduce RBC partners or personally fulfil client solutions based on client needs.
- Resolve and prevent client banking problems; collaborate with partners and follow compliance and risk controls.
Must-have qualifications
- Goal-oriented and client-first, with drive, self-motivation, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across devices, flexibility to work flex hours, eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
- Confidence learning financial concepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Client relationship experience in financial services, service or retail is an asset.
- Mutual Funds accreditation is an asset.

Position details
- Branch-based role at 2614 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, Ontario.
- Part-time schedule of 17 hours per week.
