Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role involves advising clients on luxury residential and investment properties, from initial consultation through to transaction closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, preparing tailored proposals, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as legal, finance, and development partners.
The role also requires monitoring local and international market trends, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and contributing to marketing initiatives, including listings, presentations, and events.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues across regions to support cross-border transactions and ensure a high standard of client service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, luxury sales, investment advisory, or a related client-facing field.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into tailored property and investment solutions.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, ideally with exposure to Dubai and/or international luxury property markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when working with private clients and investors.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate platforms for listings, CRM, documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., RERA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, including occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings and events as needed.
