Samer Hasan & Partners CPAs is seeking a Client Advisor to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and support business development at our Doha office.
This role is responsible for guiding clients through audit, tax, and advisory engagements, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery.
The position reports to the Client Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring service expectations are met
- Respond to client inquiries regarding service offerings, engagement scope, pricing, and timelines
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including document collection, agenda preparation, and follow-up
- Prepare and send engagement letters, proposals, and service confirmations to clients
- Monitor engagement progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and engagement files in the firm's practice management system
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation, approvals, and payments
- Coordinate with internal service lines including audit, tax, and advisory to ensure seamless client delivery
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for client meetings
- Support business development activities including proposal preparation and market research as directed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client advisory, account management, or client coordination, preferably in a professional services, accounting, or audit firm environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
- Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
