Responsibilities

  • Sales and Service:
  • To welcome the client warmly with a smile, making eye contact, and acknowledge him/her as soon as he/she has entered the store.
  • To engage with the client with sincerity
  • To make the client feel comfortable by creating a bond through conversation.
  • To present the relevant product features and benefits, based on the client needs identified during the conversation. Always take the time to share the stories behind each product.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Call on current & potential clients to establish & maintain client relationship and to inform about new products & services
  • Invite the customer to share his details to continue to establish & maintain client relationship and to inform about new products & services.
  • Administrative and Visual Merchandising:
  • To oversee, under the Store Manager’s or the ASM authority, that:
  • The store is always merchandised correctly, and that the products are returned to their place after having been shown to a customer.
  • The departments are always well stocked.
  • The products are well stored or folded in order to prevent any damage.
  • Operations:
  • To partake in management tasks associated with sales.
  • Adhere to the administrative procedures concerning exchanges, returns and repairs.
  • Be accountable and responsible for ag hoc mission entrusted by the store management.
  • To share client feedback on products.
  • To propose ideas for improving the daily running of the store and the service deliver
  • Measures of success
  • Achievement of individual and store sales targets.
  • Growth and retention of a loyal client portfolio through effective clienteling.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and positive client feedback and in line with H2C values.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to confidently share the Hermès story and craftsmanship behind products.
  • Contribution to cross-selling across product categories and increasing average transaction value.
  • Positive teamwork, professionalism, and embodiment of Hermès values.
  • Demonstrates strong integrity in line with the Hermès values.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or other high-end customer service environments.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences.
  • Good understanding of luxury products, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Experience achieving sales targets while maintaining service excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team and contribute to operational excellence.
