Support clients with everyday banking, adding value through advice, digital banking demonstrations, onboarding, and referrals to specialists.
Collaborate with RBC partners to create memorable client experiences and build client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and find sales and referral opportunities.
- Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to drive sales and retain business.
- Assist clients with financial transactions and understand their needs through active listening.
- Resolve and prevent banking problems, and maintain partner relationships that support referrals.
Must-have qualifications
- Client-first approach and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
- Problem-solving, people, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and motivation to succeed.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
- Availability to work all business hours.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience building rapport and client relationships in financial or service industries.
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
Schedule
- Part-time role with 22.25 work hours per week; must be available for all business hours.
