Role Summary
The Client Acquisition Specialist supports Emirates Investment Bank’s client acquisition agenda by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM discipline, coordinating Relationship Manager handovers and producing acquisition reporting.
Purpose
The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Client Acquisition Office (CAO) and ensuring effective execution of the client acquisition process.
The role holder will support prospect identification, lead qualification, CRM administration, acquisition campaigns and Relationship Manager engagement activities to ensure prospective clients are appropriately assessed, tracked and progressed through the acquisition funnel.
The role works closely with the Client Acquisition Lead, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to maintain acquisition discipline, data quality and conversion effectiveness.
Prospect Research & Lead Generation
- Identify affluent and HNW prospects using approved data sources and market research.
- Build targeted prospect lists for campaigns, referrals, introducer programmes and Al-Futtaim Group opportunities.
- Maintain prospect databases and monitor acquisition opportunities across target segments.
Client Qualification
- Contact prospects generated through approved channels and conduct structured qualification discussions.
- Assess suitability, banking needs, investment requirements and readiness for Relationship Manager engagement.
- Maintain a professional, consultative and compliant prospect engagement approach.
Crm Administration
- Maintain complete CRM records, including interactions, lead status and pipeline progression.
- Manage lead routing, workflow administration, service levels and response-time monitoring.
- Ensure acquisition data quality and adherence to governance standards.
Relationship Manager Coordination
- Schedule prospect meetings with Relationship Managers and coordinate handover requirements.
- Track progression from meeting to onboarding and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Escalate high-value or time-sensitive opportunities when appropriate.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly acquisition reports, dashboards and KPI updates.
- Track pipeline activity, conversion ratios, lead response times and service levels.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Acquisition Campaign Support
- Support campaigns, client events and prospect engagement activities.
- Prepare campaign data, target audiences and referral or introducer programme administration.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory expectations and audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of client and prospect information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Banking, CRM or Wealth Management are advantageous.
Experience
- 3–5 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Sales Support, Business Development or Financial Services.
- Experience with CRM systems, client databases, lead qualification and prospect engagement.
- Strong analytical, reporting, verbal and written communication skills.
- UAE banking experience advantageous; English essential and Arabic strongly preferred.

- qualified prospects, completed qualifications, meetings scheduled, RM meeting conversion and introducer lead volumes.
- **Operational:**
- CRM accuracy, data quality, reporting accuracy, SLA adherence and lead response times.
- **Client experience:**
- prospect engagement quality, follow-up timeliness and satisfaction during qualification.
