Client Account Manager and Contractor Relationship Lead

What you will do

• Meet growth-plan objectives for the client and contractor portfolio; support capture teams and project managers on major programmes.
• Raise AECOM's profile in the energy sector through value, innovation and sector engagement.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth and share accountability for client financial success with Project Leadership.
• Connect internal teams to client priorities, mentor colleagues and establish effective client-service and delivery processes.
• Identify risks and market trends, promote ethical and safe practices, and maintain consistent client approaches.
• Lead client business development, capture major opportunities and renew or extend large-scale agreements.
• Develop project and repeat-work pipelines; monitor delivery, satisfaction, concerns and resourcing needs.
• Build client networks and work with Strategy, Marketing and Communications colleagues on client development and work winning.
• Promote AECOM's leadership behaviours and share effective account-management practices across the business.
