About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ClickUp Consultant to optimize, implement, and automate company workflows and operational processes.
The ideal candidate will design scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and create automation-driven workflows across CRM, projects, sales, procurement, operations, and management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize workflows and operational processes.
- Configure ClickUp Spaces, Lists, Custom Fields, Dashboards, and Permissions.
- Build automations, approval flows, notifications, and task dependencies.
- Create dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Improve coordination between departments and operational visibility.
- Integrate ClickUp with CRM and third-party systems where required.
- Train teams and provide ongoing workflow improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp.
- Proven experience in workflow optimization and automation design.
- Knowledge of CRM and project management processes.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, and system structuring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
