Overview
Venus Infrastructure Contracting LLC is currently seeking a **strong-willed and detail-oriented Clerical Officer** with experience in financial clerical work, accounting support, or administrative finance.
The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting the Finance team with daily financial operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree **Finance or a related field**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional projects and assist the Admin/Secretary/Finance team as required
- Manage bank and income reconciliations
- Process creditor payments and vendor accounts
- Handle petty cash, staff expenses, and finance administrative tasks
- Maintaining good Physical Health to carry out work outside of the office as instructed by the Manager
