Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Experience in both indoor and outdoor cleaning operations.
• Good understanding of Soft Services and Hard Services.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their applications, and safety procedures.
• Experience operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machines, including floor scrubbers, polishers, pressure washers, and carpet cleaning machines.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle site inspections, quality control, and client requirements.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure all cleaning services are delivered to company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and equipment operation.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and daily work schedules.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
