Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of female cleaning staff on residential and commercial sites
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standard
  • Conduct quality checks before, during, and after cleaning assignments
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, product usage, and safety protocols
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management
  • Communicate professionally with clients and address on-site concerns
  • Ensure team members follow company uniform, grooming, and conduct standards
  • Prepare daily reports and submit to the operations manager
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
  • Handle client feedback and escalate issues when necessary

& QualificationsExperience

  • Minimum **2 years** of experience in professional cleaning services
  • At least **1 year** in a supervisory or team leader role
