Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily cleaning operations.
- Allocate tasks and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain cleaning standards.
- Coordinate with clients and address day-to-day service requirements.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are available and properly used.
- Train staff on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports and communicate operational updates to management.
- Handle staff issues and ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Good team-management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites or tasks when required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Driving licence is an added advantage.
