• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• *Key Responsibilities:*

• Supervise cleaning staff and assign daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Monitor the implementation of cleaning schedules and periodic cleaning programs to ensure compliance.

• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning quality and address any deficiencies.

• Ensure the availability of cleaning materials and equipment and coordinate replenishment when required.

• Train and guide cleaning personnel on proper cleaning procedures and the safe use of chemicals and equipment.

• Prepare work schedules, leave plans, and staff shift arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• 8.
• Prepare periodic reports on team performance, operational needs, and service quality.

• Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning-related requirements and support operational needs.

• Handle and follow up on customer complaints and service feedback to ensure timely resolution.

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety practices.
