Cleaning operations and staff supervision

• Supervise daily cleaning activities, assign duties, and monitor cleaner performance at assigned sites.
• Inspect sites for cleanliness and quality; ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and discipline.

Driving, clients, and reporting

• Transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials using the company vehicle; visit client sites and coordinate cleaning requirements.
• Prepare attendance records and operational reports; monitor supplies and report shortages.
• Resolve client complaints, report operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Previous cleaning supervision or facility management experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus basic English communication, are required.
• Must be able to manage staff and travel between work locations; flexible hours may be required.
