About This Role

Job Title: Cleaning Manager
Department: Facilities Management Services
Reports to: Operations Manager / Senior Management

Job Purpose:

Oversee all cleaning operations across company branches, ensuring high-quality cleaning services in compliance with health and safety standards, by managing and supervising branch supervisors and utilizing CAFM systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise cleaning supervisors across all branches, guiding them to meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement standardized cleaning and maintenance policies across all branches.
  • Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Utilize CAFM systems to track maintenance plans, allocate resources, and generate accurate performance reports.
  • Plan and conduct training programs to enhance branch supervisors’ skills and team efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on cleanliness standards and branch performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
  • Manage inventory and cleaning supplies across branches, ensuring availability when needed.
  • Handle and resolve complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning management, with experience supervising multiple branches or teams.
  • Proficient in CAFM systems for facilities and maintenance management.
  • Advanced knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and management software.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Valid driving license required.
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • BICS certification or equivalent is preferred.

  • Leadership and supervision of multiple teams and branch supervisors.
  • Strategic planning and efficient time management.
  • Using CAFM systems to improve performance and reporting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemical products safely.
  • Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
