Overview
- Having impeccable knowledge about all the machines your department is servicing.
- Always refer clients to the client servicing department and never give feedback, answers or advice to direct client calls
- Responsible for following the Daily Schedule propagated by the Service Department for the Daily Tasks.
- Responsible for inspecting thoroughly the machine/s and generating corresponding IR including all required (damaged or wear and tear related)
- Responsible for the generation of Inspection Reports as per the Site Visit and inspection of machines as per the Daily Schedule and to be shared on the same day or the next day max of the Inspection with a clear description of the parts quoted as per the IR Template provided by the Service Department.
- Responsible for Installation of Spare Parts as per the Invoice and Delivery Notes handed over by the Service Department.
- Responsible for receiving and verifying the Spare Parts as per the Delivery Notes and Invoice handed over by the Store Department.
- Responsible for ensuring the proper testing parameters after the installation of the Spare Parts.
- Responsible for the preparation, testing and delivery of the Machines and operators training
- Responsible for ensuring that the Testing Parameters, Accessories and Charger Parameters are accurate for each machine.
- Responsible for advising the Service Department if any challenges or any necessary updates emerge.
- Share your thoughts with your department team leader if you think it will improve the service quality
- Responsible for maintaining the Decorum of the Company at the utmost level at the site and with the relevant Departments.
- Achieve the department’s monthly sales target.
- Act as a team member, abide by all SOP, ISO and memos and follow the Hygiene Tech chain of communication as per the organizational chart
