Building Cleaner responsible for cleaning and housekeeping in assigned building areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas, including common areas, corridors, lobbies, and staircases.
- Handle garbage bins and collect, move, and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
- Operate mopping machines, floor scrubbing or rubbing machines, water machines, and other cleaning equipment.
- Follow cleaning methods, safety procedures, company instructions, and assigned duty schedules.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic English communication is mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and garbage bins.
- Work effectively with a team and maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude.
- Demonstrate good attendance, punctuality, and discipline; complete assigned tasks on time.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
Pay
- AED 1,100–1,300 per month.

- Work is in person.
