Job Summary
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment in assigned areas such as offices, villas, apartments, or commercial spaces.
This role ensures that all surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures are cleaned and maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Refill toiletries, cleaning products, and other consumables as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the assigned schedule.
- Support deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, and other special cleaning tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or janitor preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in villa, hotel, or office cleaning.
- Knowledge of deep cleaning, floor care, or specialized cleaning methods.
- Ability to communicate in English or other local languages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
