About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Cleaner cum Pot Washer to join our kitchen team.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, silverware, glassware, and heavy-duty cooking pots.
Your role
is vital to ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and our guests receive service on sparkling clean dinnerware.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash & Sanitize: Manually wash large pots, pans, and trays by hand.
- Organization: Sort and stack clean dishes and transport them to the proper storage areas or cook lines.
- Kitchen Support: Assist chefs with basic food prep during slow periods (if applicable) and clear trash/recycling throughout the shift.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and dry workstation; sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
- Equipment Care: Clean, maintain and report any maintenance issues to management.
& Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [40–50] lbs.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and stay organized during busy "rush" hours.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to help the team wherever needed.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with a strong work ethic.
