Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Building Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of residential and commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, washrooms, and parking areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
- Dust and wipe furniture, glass surfaces, doors, and fixtures
- Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Refill cleaning supplies like soap, tissues, and sanitizers
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in building cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per hour
