What you'll do:

Carry out daily cleaning of offices, accommodation, communal areas, kitchens, toilets, showers and corridors.

Vacuum, sweep, mop and polish floors, dust surfaces and keep all areas clean and presentable.

Clean and sanitise washrooms, toilets, showers and frequently touched surfaces.

Empty bins, manage waste and recycling, and replenish hygiene supplies such as soap and paper towels.

Use cleaning equipment and products safely, following health and safety and COSHH guidelines.

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns and support deep cleaning when required, maintaining high standards throughout the site.

What you bring:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions and complete cleaning records.

Understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices.

Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in a commercial or similar environment.

Confident using cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals safely.

Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Experience of COSHH, manual handling, deep cleaning or working in an MOD or secure environment would be an advantage.

Requirements
