About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• **Design and deliver** structured training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps on Claude Code for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners
• **Develop curriculum** including lesson plans, hands-on exercises, code walkthroughs, and assessment materials
• **Teach practical skills** including prompt engineering, agentic task management, Claude Code CLI usage, CLAUDE.md setup, and AI-assisted software development workflows
• **Conduct live coding demonstrations** using Claude Code in real development scenarios (debugging, code generation, refactoring, documentation)
• **Create learning resources** such as video tutorials, written guides, quick-reference cheat sheets, and project-based assignments
• **Provide one-on-one coaching** and constructive feedback to learners on their AI-assisted development practices
• **Stay current** with Anthropic product updates, new Claude model releases, and evolving best practices in AI-assisted coding
• **Assess learner progress** and adapt training delivery to different skill levels and learning styles
• **Collaborate** with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software developer, coding instructor, or technical trainer (3+ years)
• Hands-on proficiency with **Claude Code** or comparable AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Strong understanding of **prompt engineering principles** and agentic AI workflows
• Solid programming skills in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript preferred)
• Experience with developer tools including CLI environments, Git, and VS Code or similar IDEs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training engagements simultaneously
