About This Role

About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of a client for a hands-on Claude AI Specialist to build, implement, and scale practical AI solutions across the business.

This is a delivery-focused role not advisory. You’ll work closely with teams to train them, improve how they use Claude, and build workflows and tools that drive real efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train teams on practical, effective use of Claude

  • Build and optimize AI workflows across functions

  • Develop internal tools, automations, and prototypes using Claude Code

  • Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

  • Create prompt libraries, SOPs, and usage guidelines

  • Improve adoption, output quality, and team efficiency

  • Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Claude in a business environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Claude Code

  • Experience building workflows and AI-driven automations

  • Ability to train and enable teams in a clear, practical way

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Able to showcase real work / use cases delivered

Nice to Have

  • Experience in operations or service-based environments

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow tools

  • Track record of implementing AI in live business settings
