About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Teach classical ballet techniques, posture, alignment, flexibility, and coordination to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with dance curriculum. (We follow the BTDA syllabus.)
- Train students for performances, recitals, and dance examinations.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to help students achieve technical and artistic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Dance (specialization in Ballet preferred).
- Strong background in classical ballet; knowledge of contemporary or other dance styles is an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience with children and adults in group and individual settings (2-3 Years).
- Excellent communication skills (English) and a positive, encouraging teaching approach.
- Passion for dance education and performance.
