How you'll make an impact
- Manage a portfolio of claims with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on timely outcomes.
- Support customers throughout the claims process with clear, proactive communication.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders through case conferences, reviews, and claim discussions.
- Apply policy wording to assess eligibility, liability, and benefit entitlements.
- Follow compliance and risk standards, perform controls, and escalate issues when needed.

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers and stakeholders by phone and in writing.
- Resilience, empathy, and professionalism when supporting customers through the claims process.
- Group or retail claims experience is highly valued; transferable health-related experience is also welcomed.
- Ability to interpret policy wording, assess information objectively, and make sound decisions.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to compliance, risk awareness, and accurate process adherence.
