About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to oversee daily civil construction activities at site and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitor site progress and submit daily reports
- Ensure proper use of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Resolve site issues and support smooth project execution
- Maintain site records, attendance, and material tracking
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in civil construction supervision
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
- UAE experience and UAE driving license preferred
