Oversee civil works and site activities for safe, timely execution in compliance with design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction crews and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, conduct inspections, and enforce quality and safety procedures.
- Prepare site reports, update project documentation, and communicate timelines, resource needs, and risks to stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on site guidance to support discipline and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading civil construction teams and coordinating daily site activities.
- Experience with site supervision, project oversight, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Quality-control experience for civil works, including compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication with project managers, engineers, clients, and site personnel.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction codes and regulations and familiarity with government and commercial projects.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
