Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the execution of civil works at the site in accordance with the project scope, approved drawings, quality plans, and productivity targets.
This role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Administrative Duties
- Ensure accurate recording and submission of labor timesheets, including overtime.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and other required documentation.
- Collect, organize, and maintain project-related data for future reference and reporting (Project Close out report).
- Uphold site cleanliness and organization through consistent housekeeping practices
- Regularly assess workers skill levels and report to superiors about their training needs and progress in skill development
