Supervise the day-to-day execution of G+2 villa construction projects.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
Manage site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability on site.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
