Role Overview
Civil Site Engineer position focused on construction site supervision.
The role requires an experienced construction professional with a strong civil construction background.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- Job type is full-time.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of construction experience is mandatory.
- Warehouse or building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Monitor civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows approved construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, materials, and project progress.
- Prepare site progress reports.
