Position

The position is for a Junior Site Engineer supporting civil site execution activities.

The work is based in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carry out site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily work progress and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks, material inspections, and site audits.
  • Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material tracking sheets.
  • Report site updates, progress, and issues to the Senior Civil Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Verify site measurements and assist with work-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure safety standards, PPE usage, and site safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist with inventory, material consumption, and resource availability.
  • Plan and allocate daily work activities to workers with the Senior Engineer.
  • Identify drawing discrepancies and technical or site concerns and escalate them for resolution.

Pay

  • The stated pay is ₹22,000 to ₹23,000 per month.
