Role overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project managers.
- Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site issues.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain site documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant site engineering experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
Pay
- AED 4,000–11,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
