Position overview
Coordinate and manage multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Projects include construction, maintenance, interior fit-out, renovation, and landscaping.
Project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinate project stakeholders and monitor progress.
- Conduct site visits and inspections for engineering, safety, and quality compliance.
- Maintain drawings, specifications, contracts, and project records; provide technical support to project teams.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, resolve concerns, and incorporate relevant industry practices and technologies.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing civil engineering projects, preferably in construction or maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience handling projects in the UAE; UAE driving license required.
Skills and capabilities
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail, quality commitment, and adaptability.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
