Qualifications and requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Practical material estimation and quantity calculation knowledge is required.
- Understanding of concrete mix ratios, cube testing, and steel reinforcement is required.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities; monitor brickwork, plastering, masonry, and concrete work.
- Calculate quantities for bricks, cement, sand, and concrete, and apply concrete grades and mix ratios including M10, M15, M20, and M25.
- Monitor concrete cube testing and quality control; calculate steel bar weight, cutting length, and stirrup dimensions.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, measurements, and construction drawings.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and project managers.
