About the Client:
A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services , based in Dubai.
Job Description
- Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals for fit-out and interior projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, manage commercial risks, and support procurement activities.
- Monitor project costs, maintain documentation, and provide financial reporting throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Fit Out contractingas QS in luxury residential/commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools (e.g., Revit, etc.)
