Grey Stone LLC is a UAE mainland turnkey construction contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects across Dubai, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. We specialise in large-format industrial builds — warehouses, logistics hubs, cold storage facilities, and factory complexes — for clients who cannot afford delays or excuses.

We are not a bureaucratic tier-one firm. We are a focused, technically-led contractor scaling rapidly — AED 80M revenue in FY2025, up from AED 12.5M the prior year — and we are building the leadership team that will take us to AED 150M. THE ROLE

You will be the single point of accountability on a large-scale industrial building project — from mobilisation through handover. This is not a coordination role. You will own the programme, the subcontractor relationships, the quality, and the client relationship on site.

• Drive a compressed, high-intensity programme on a landmark industrial project with multiple concurrent specialist scopes — PEB structure, MEP, civil, refrigeration, and racking coordination

• Build and manage a site PM team across planning, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, and civil disciplines — you will have the resources; you are accountable for results

• Manage the critical path with no room for passive programme management — identify float, protect milestones, and resolve blockers before they become delays

• Own all client and consultant-facing communication — Design House Engineering Consultants standard of technical rigour expected

• Maintain contractual and commercial discipline — variations, EOT claims, and subcontractor accountability sit with you

• Report directly to the Managing Director — short chain of command, high visibility, decisions made fast

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 8–12 years of construction project management experience with a minimum of 3 years on industrial or warehouse projects in the UAE

• Demonstrable delivery of industrial building projects above AED 30M in contract value — warehouses, logistics parks, cold storage, or heavy-use commercial facilities preferred

• Strong working knowledge of PEB erection sequencing, industrial MEP, and multi-subcontractor interface management

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

• UAE driving licence and ability to work across Dubai and the Northern Emirates when required

• Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu language skills are advantageous but not required — strong written English is mandatory
