Role overview
Supervise site activities and coordinate project teams to deliver civil work to quality and safety standards.
Warehouse construction and maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works including concrete, block work, plastering, formwork, shuttering, excavation, and finishing.
- Oversee warehouse flooring, racking support, mezzanine structures, loading bays, drainage, and external yard works.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and site workforce; monitor productivity and manage resources.
- Inspect sites and ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and material requests, maintain documentation, and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate with project and management teams and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, warehouse floor finishing, concrete works, and general finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Good communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations, HSE guidelines, and site safety practices.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
