1. Chargehand – Civil & FinishingKey Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and architectural finishing activities.
• Coordinate and monitor masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 3 years of experience
• in villa construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical and plumbing works.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil and finishing teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
• Resolve site issues and report progress to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 3 years of experience
• in MEP works for villa construction.
• Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

3. StorekeeperKey Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue construction materials and tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinate material requests with procurement and site teams.
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of the store.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 3 years of experience
• as a Storekeeper in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials used in villa projects.
• Good inventory management and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel and inventory software is an advantage).
• UAE experience is preferred.
