Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction.
• Previous experience in mid-rise / high-rise buildings, preferably G+8 floors or above.
• Strong ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of reinforcement steel works, including bar sizes, spacing, laps, stirrups, cover blocks, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and related details.
• Experience in formwork/shuttering, concrete works, blockwork, and general civil site activities.
• Ability to coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Able to plan daily manpower, materials, and site activities according to project priorities.
• Good understanding of site safety requirements, especially working at height, scaffolding, housekeeping, lifting areas, and concrete pouring activities.
• Ability to check work quality before consultant/client inspections.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Arabic language is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works on site and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage workers and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
• Check reinforcement, formwork, levels, alignment, and concrete preparation before casting.
• Coordinate with engineers for inspections, material requirements, and site priorities.
• Maintain safe working conditions and report any unsafe activities immediately.
• Support daily progress reporting and manpower coordination.
