Overview
The Civil Estimator Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating tender documents, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with the project and procurement teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and architectural projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Assist in tender preparation and submission
- Review contract documents and identify project risks
- Support project team with budget control and cost monitoring
