Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and fit-out specifications.
- Prepare bills of quantities, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare accurate tender and bid submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
- Monitor market prices and material costs.
- Support budgeting and project planning activities.
- Analyze project costs and identify value-engineering opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil estimation and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit-out works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Relevant interior fit-out estimation experience is essential.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
