Parsons seeks a Civil Engineer for its site-based construction supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project.
The role includes inspecting irrigation installation, monitoring quality and compliance, supporting construction, and ensuring work follows specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects through planning, design, and construction.
- Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Inspect sites for compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and staff.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of civil engineering experience, focused on infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate and manage multiple priorities.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
