Overview
- Supervise installation of tracker foundations, mounting structures, torque tubes, bearings, drive units, dampers, and PV modules.
- Ensure correct alignment, leveling, torque tightening, and installation of tracker systems.
- Coordinate civil readiness before tracker installation.
- Supervise module installation as per approved layout drawings.
- Verify pile locations, tracker geometry, and structural tolerances.
- Coordinate with survey, civil, electrical, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor subcontractor productivity and daily progress.
- Review IFC drawings, installation manuals, and vendor procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OEM installation guidelines.
- Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate QA/QC inspections.
- Prepare daily progress reports and material reconciliation reports.
- Monitor material handling and storage of PV modules and tracker components.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Support pre-commissioning and mechanical completion activities.
