Full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Jiddah.
Plan, design, and supervise civil and infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, and stormwater management systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications; coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize designs, manage resources, and support timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, plus professional certification and registration.
- Strong foundation in civil engineering and design, with practical application to infrastructure projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering and design software; ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, stormwater management, hydrology, and related design practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, infrastructure standards, and construction health and safety regulations.
- Effective teamwork, communication, collaborative problem-solving, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Roads, utilities, or infrastructure experience in contracting or consulting is highly beneficial.
